Sunday bike rides are not as common as Saturday bike rides so when I committed to the Eysins Raclette event I thought it wouldn’t matter. I didn’t count on having a Sunday bike ride....

We had to take this route because of the défilé des enfants. Roads were blocked so some drivers might have been trapped for an hour or two. A Relaxed Bike Club Switzerland Ride — May 4, 2025I considered going for yet another hike yesterday. I didn’t, for two reasons. The first reason is that I had to commit on Wednesday night and I wasn’t ready to commit on Wednesday for Saturday.
